Customs & Duties

Every country has it’s own import rules. Customer is responsible for paying local duties or tax if any. We prepare all documents for Fedex so usually customs is smooth.

Damages or Lost

We pack every rug very careful but sometimes things happen. If your package arrives damaged or got lost, contact us right away. We’ll open case with Fedex and make sure you get solution refund or replacment if posible.
