We try to describe our rugs as accurate as posible. Because they are handmade or vintage, small differences in size, color and texture may occur. Availability can change anytime and some rugs may not be restocked.

If you get a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 14 days. Handmade rugs may have natural imperfections, those are not defects. Refunds or exchanges are given only if the rug is returned in its original condition.
