Welcome to AlaRug. This website (www.alarug.com) is operated by ALARUG LLC (“AlaRug”, “we”, “us”). By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully, as they may change from time to time.
1. General Conditions
AlaRug offers handmade Turkish rugs, kilims, runners, and washable rugs to customers worldwide. By shopping with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
We may update these terms at any time. If you continue using the site after an update, you accept the updated terms.
2. Products and Availability
We do our best to describe our rugs as accurately as possible. Because they are handmade or vintage, small differences in size, color, and texture may occur. Availability can change at any time, and some rugs may not be restocked.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are placed through our secure checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards and the other payment methods shown at checkout. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any import fees, taxes, or customs duties.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship from our warehouse in Turkey with FedEx. We ship worldwide, and delivery times depend on your location. While we do our best to deliver on time, we can’t control carrier delays or customs processing. See our Shipping Policy for details.
5. Returns & Refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your rug. Handmade rugs may have natural variations, which are not defects. Refunds or exchanges are given only if the rug is returned in its original condition. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
All text, images, and logos on this website belong to AlaRug. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
7. Accessibility
We want the AlaRug website to be easy for everyone to use. We work on accessibility, clear design, and smooth navigation. If you have trouble browsing, email us at info@alarug.com and we’ll help you.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlaRug is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our website or products.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of the State of Wyoming.
