A Hand-Woven Story from Isparta
Isparta, in Turkey's Lake District, is one of the country's most respected rug-weaving centres, long known for finely knotted wool carpets and a tradition of soft, garden-inspired floral design. This one-of-a-kind vintage rug was knotted by hand in this tradition, then carefully restored in our workshop so it can begin a second life in your home. No two pieces are alike — the small irregularities in its weave are the honest signature of the hands that made it.
Colour & Character
The rug is built around calm, smoky gray balanced by earthy brown, carrying flowing floral motifs and a gently distressed, lived-in patina across its field. Years of gentle use have softened the palette into a calm, time-worn depth that new machine-made rugs cannot imitate. It brings instant warmth to a bohemian, eclectic or globally-inspired interior.
Sized to Anchor the Room
At 5'2" x 7'1", this is a generous area rug — ideal for a living-room seating group, a dining space, or layering in a bedroom. Hand-woven from natural wool on a cotton foundation, it is durable, naturally warm, and a sustainable choice.
