A Hand-Woven Story from Manisa

Manisa, in the fertile Aegean hinterland, carries a deep village weaving heritage where rugs were knotted on home looms using local wool and time-honoured natural dyeing methods. This one-of-a-kind vintage rug was knotted by hand in this tradition, then carefully restored in our workshop so it can begin a second life in your home. No two pieces are alike — the small irregularities in its weave are the honest signature of the hands that made it.

The rug is built around warm, neutral beige balanced by burnt-orange, carrying flowing floral motifs and a dense, maximalist field across its field.
